The “Suicide Squad” official soundtrack is equally chart-topping as its blockbuster movie after the album claimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart – thanks to an all-star lineup of alternative pop and hip-hop artists led by Eminem.

Slim Shady’s “Without Me” is one of the 14 tracks featured in the “Suicide Squad: The Album” released by Atlantic Records and Warner Bros. Records on Aug. 5. According to Neilsen Music, the movie soundtrack earned 182,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Aug. 11.

Consequently, “Suicide Squad: The Album” has topped Billboard’s Aug. 27-dated chart, making it the first No. 1 soundtrack in a year on the Billboard 200 after “Pitch Perfect 2” claimed the top spot on the May 30, 2015 chart.

Billboard has also acknowledged the “Suicide Squad” soundtrack as the top-selling album of the week. Of the album’s total sales figure for the week, 70 percent or 128,000 units represent traditional album sales while the rest covered track equivalent albums and streaming equivalent albums.
