It seems Beverly Hills is not having any shortage of its share of shocking twists and scandals, and the upcoming episode of “Devious Maids” is no exception. On Monday, its seventh run, titled “Blood, Sweats and Smears,” centres on Carmen Luna’s (Roselyn Sanchez) stunning revelation about her budding romance. Her friends have a reason to worry – Carmen doesn’t exactly have a good record when it comes to her choices of men.

Meanwhile, in her pursuit to find Peri Westomore’s (Mariana Klaverno) true killer, Rosie Falta (Dania Ramirez ) learns about her former boss’ shady past. Fans wonder whether this discovery would unlock the truth and set Spence Westmore (Grant Show ) free. Episode 7 will also feature other “Devious Maids” cast members including Marisol Suarez (Ana Ortiz ), Zoila Diaz (Judy Reyes ), Evelyn Powell (Rebecca Wisocky ), Adrian Powell (Tom Irwin) and Genevieve Delatour (Susan Lucci).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s episode, Marisol feels lonely after things went sour with Peter, while her friend Carmen excitedly jumps into a new relationship. Elsewhere, Rosie uncovers one of Peri’s big, dark secrets, while Evelyn pulls a stunt on Carmen. Genevieve, on the other hand, tries to get Zoila's attention with her wedding announcement.

Lifetime posted a sneak peek for the July 18 episode of “Devious Maids.” In the clip, Carmen shares that her new man is amazing in bed, but her friends are shocked when they discover that the guy who gave her the “best sex” she’s ever had was the geeky waiter at the café they frequently go to. Meanwhile, Evelyn sends Adrian to the edge when she brings Reverend James to spend the night at their house. It’s Zoila who gets the shock of her life, however, when she finds out Genevieve is getting married to Fabian, her gay hair stylist.

“Blood, Sweats and Smears” was written by “Devious Maids” creator Marc Cherry, with Davah Avena and Amelia Sims, according to the Internet Movie Database, or IMDb. Recurring guest stars who will appear on the upcoming episode include Sean Blakemore (Rev. James Hamilton), Fabian (Christopher Hanke) and Jesse (Nathan Owens).
