The finale for this exciting and emotional season of “Dancing with the Stars” is coming. As things get more intense, it looks like there are even tougher challenges for the contenders to hurdle before one pair gets to be proclaimed winner for this season.

Spoiler alert! This article contains “Dancing with the Stars” spoilers. Read on if you would like to know what happens next before the next episode airs.

Gleb Savchenko has caught a flu bug and has to be fully rested for the weekend so that he can dance on Monday. While Savchenko and his partner are just two dances away from a chance to take home to Mirrorball Trophy, the professional has to reschedule rehearsals for this weekend so that he can rest, writes People.

Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko are about to go head-on against Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy, Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold, and James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess for two dances on Monday. If they do not get eliminated by then, they will just have 24 hours to learn a new dance for the season’s finale episode on Tuesday.

In an Instagram post, Kramer says that getting to the final week already makes her feel like a winner, although she still wants that Mirrorball trophy very badly. As for Savchenko, he says that he cannot imagine not performing on Monday but, given his condition, such will have to be a game-day decision.

Country singer Jana Kramer updated her fans with another post on Instagram with “Dancing with the Stars” troupe member Alan Bersten. There, she said that she is being quarantined with Bernsten and wished Savchenko to feel better.

While this has been one hell of an exciting season, Jana has to be that contestant that had overcome a lot of obstacles in the show. Earlier in the season, her partner had to sit out of a live performance due to a knee injury. Even she herself had to perform even with torn muscles between her ribs.

This crucial episode of “Dancing with the Stars” season 23 will air on Monday 8 p.m. on ABC. The season finale will air on the next day, Nov. 22.
