Blake Lively claims she was not insulting Taylor Swift after mocking ‘Bad Blood’ music video

Blake Lively is under fire following her alleged take of Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” video in which she was accused of posting more than just a shout out for Taylor Swift’s famous Instagram girl squad.

According to E!Online, Lively’s L’Oreal’s brand campaign for Color Riche Lipstick Collection was done in poor taste and it was not funny.

After criticism surfaced on social media, the 28-year-old “Gossip Girl” star felt the need to defend herself to snub the allegations that there is “bad blood” between her and Swift. Lively even reiterated in the interview with E!Online that she is actually “obsessed” with the country singer, even claiming that she wanted to “marry Swift.”

Lively had written a message alongside the backstage photo of a few family members during one of Swift’s tours which actually reads: “Uhmm who ever thought that I was throwing shade clearly doesn’t know I have a 'Taylor Swift Please Be My Wife Voodoo Doll'.”

She further added, “Look how rad she is here making my niece Heather feel like a rock star. Love my Canadian family almost as much as I love Taylor Lively. I mean Swift. Ok, FIIINE we can hyphenate our last names. Xo Blake Swift-Lively 4eva.”

Elle earlier reported that Lively was “unafraid” of replacing Swift as an inventor, international ambassador and queen of squad goals.

For the new controversial short film of L’ Oreal, John Legend, Eva Longoria, Julianne Moore, and Jane Fonda joined Lively, and accompanying Lively’s Instagram photo of the group video is this cheeky caption: “ ..soooo, turns out this WASN'T a video shoot for John Legend's cover of Bad Blood @lorealparisofficial blew it out for this one. My #pinkobsession is exposed now Ok your turn. I won't tell! #AlsoTurnsOutJohnLegendIsntCoveringBadBlood Time to start a petition!”
