It is highly expected that Apple may launch the iPad Air 3 next year as the company has not announced or launched an upgraded version of the device. It is speculated that the iPad Air 3 may have several upgrades and will be a powerful device.

In retrospect, rumour has it that Apple will announce the new iPad Pro along with the launch of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6S plus. However, Apple didn’t make any announcement till now.

According to reports, Apple intends to launch the iPad Air 3 in March at an event next year. It is also learned that the event may see the launch of some other devices like the MacBook Air, Apple Watch 2 and the 2016 MacBook Pro along with iPad Air 3.

Apple fans are expecting that the new iPad Air 3 will come with major changes as there weren’t any major upgrades to the iPad Air 2.

Seeing the rising expectation and to survive in the competitive world of technology, Apple wants to bring some significant changes to the devices. It is worth noting that iPad Air 2 was flawless and Apple is confident that iPad Air 3 will incorporate significant changes, notes Delhi Daily News.

According to rumours, iPad Air 3 will bring a few internal improvements. Similar to the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6S plus, iPad Air 3 will have an A9 chipset and improved display resolution or pixel density. The company may even increase the built-in memory of the device to 3GB but may not have any major advancement in terms of FaceTime or the camera app.

Earlier rumours claim that the Cupertino-based company intends to launch the iPad Air 3 in March next year and will probably be followed by the release of the 2016 MacBook Air and 2016 MacBook Pro.
