After their stint in Leg 6 (Germany → Monaco and France) wherein they spent time in Monte Carlo, Monaco and La Turbie, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur in France, the “TAR” 26 teams will explore the exotic beauty and ruggedness of Namibia in a two-part episode. The racing teams are composed of dating and blind date couples who will not only take on the numerous challenges but also try to get along well with each other. Some of them might even resort to alliances in order to guarantee a spot at the top. Below is a list of the teams that are still in "The Amazing Race" Season 26.

"TAR" Season 26 Teams

1. Sochi Love (Aly Dudek and Steve Langton) Leg 5 winners, Prize: A 2015 Ford Focus for each racer

2. The Hairstylists (Matt Cucolo and Ashley Gordon)

3. Team JJ (Jackie Ibarra and Jeffrey Weldon)

4. The Legal Team (Jelani Roy and Jenny Wu)

5. Rx For Love (Blair Townsend and Hayley Keel)

6. Team SoCal (Tyler Adams and Laura Pierson)

7. Truck Stop Love (Rochelle Nevedal and Mike Dombrowski) Date Night winners for Leg 5, Prize: A romantic evening at the Bavarian Public Observatory

Unfortunately, The Blonde Date team which consists of blind date gay couple Bergen Olson and Kurt Jordan Belcher, were eliminated in Leg 5 (Thailand → Germany). They had some trouble with driving their Ford Focus vehicle. They left it and took a taxi instead. But the teams needed the Ford Focus to complete the Winter Wonderland task at the Schlafwagenfabrik Factory. They had to use the rear-view camera from the car to look for the signposts Sch, li, er and see.

Because Kurt and Bergen rode a taxi to Schlafwagenfabrik instead of their Ford Focus, they were given a 2-hour penalty upon arrival. Luck wasn’t on their side when they got lost as they were looking for the Detour. They didn’t even make it to the Pit Stop mat. Phil Keoghan had to go to the train station where Bergen and Kurt stayed to inform them that they have been eliminated from the race.
