Fans of British singer-songwriter Adele will be getting their hands on her new music album in 2015. The latest reports claim that the 26-year-old "Rolling in the Deep" singer is busy working in the studio with American producer Greg Kurstin on her much anticipated new album with a release date set in spring 2015.

However, Adele's upcoming album will reportedly have a pop sound. The British newspaper The Sun claims Adele's work with producer Greg Kurstin, who helped music artists such as Lily Allen, Ellen Goulding, Take That and Kelly Clarkson, could result to a more upbeat music album.

"Greg's a genius and one of the powers behind many pop hits. But it's a huge surprise he's working with Adele because it suggests she's considering taking a much more pop-focussed direction for her new record," an unnamed source shared.

The insider further divulged that Adele had some serious concerns when it comes to the quality of her new album. It appears to be the reason behind her collaboration with the hit-maker producer.

"She knows the whole world is waiting for her new music and wants it to be perfect," the anonymous source added. Aside from working with producer Greg Kurstin, Mtv.co.uk reports Adele has been working as well with Damon Albarn, the former frontman of the English rock band Blur.

"Damon and Adele had a chat about her new album and they could work together in future. Adele's exploring loads of different avenues for the music and isn't rushing anything but the album will be released next year," an unnamed source revealed. Last May, the "Someone Like You" singer posted a cryptic message on Twitter teasing her followers about the arrival of her new album soon.

"Bye bye 25...See you again later in the year," the singer posted on her Twitter account @OfficialAdele with a shared image of herself. Click HERE to see photo.

According to a Mail Online report, the follow-up to Adele's successful album titled "21" was expected to be released this 2014 but XL Records claimed last October that the music artist is not scheduled to release a new album in 2014. "There will not be a further new release by Adele during 2014 and consequently there will be a fall in XL's turnover and profits," the record company declared in a statement.

Adele's last single released was "Skyfall" in 2012 where she won the 2013 Oscar award for "Original Song." As for Adele's personal life, the British singer enjoys being a mother to her two-year-old son, Angelo James, with partner Simon Konecki.
