To promote Sainsbury’s stores in the United Kingdom, a video of an amateur dad dance crew called The Christmas Jumpers doing their dubstep dance was published on Dec. 1. Four days later, the video has attracted more than half a million views. In the video, titled “Dads Pull Out Surprise Dubstep Dance For Christmas,” five middle-aged fathers in holiday sweaters take the stage and dance a remix of the ballerina dance “Dance Of the Sugar Plum Fairy” at a holiday talent show.

The video earned praises from viewers. One commenter, who claims to be a 43-year-old father, said he is familiar with the moves The Christmas Jumpers executed because he grew up in the era of popping, locking, waving, robot and break-dance moves. One commenter also described The Christmas Jumpers as “a fun group of dads” while another said the clip is the funniest Christmas video of the year.

The year 2014 marks Sainsbury's first Black Friday. In the last few years, the retailer opted out since the trend came to the U.K. Sainsbury's will had its own Black Friday offerings with some discounts in its stores while U.K. supermarkets, including Asda and Tesco, offered big savings on many of their products, mainly on technology. A total of £363 million were expected to be spent by British shoppers through online shopping online on this year’s Black Friday.
