Giving a new meaning to the term “auto-sex,” a Brazilian man was caught on video having sex with the exhaust tailpipe of a car, a silver two-door sedan. The 29-second video clip, though, is not to first to surface on the Internet showing men indulging in sex with a vehicle.

In 2014, another man named Daniel claimed as having a sexual relationship with his red car named Chase, reports Live Leak. The video of Daniel kissing, caressing and humping his car had more than 70,000 hits.

In 2013, a 63-year-old man named Edward Smith also had the same attraction to vehicles and claimed to have slept with more than 1,000 cars and a woman. He said that the intense sexual feelings for vehicles started when he was 14. His companion of 30 years is an automobile named Vanilla, a Volkswagen Beetle.

Smith, who lives in Yelm, Washington, said his past lovers include Mustangs, Jaguars and helicopters. Describing his unusual sexual attraction, he explains, “Some guys look at boobs and bums on beautiful women. I look at the front and rear on beautiful cars,” quotes Mirror.

Smith adds his relationship with Vanilla is an open one since he also “makes love” with Cinnamon, a 1973 Opal GT, and Splash, a 1193 Ford Ranger. But he points out that when it comes to picnics and dates with wines, it is Vanilla, a second-hand white hatchback, which he goes out with. It seems he has a thing with German cars since he “lost his virginity” to a neighbour’s Volks.

In some nations, such as UK, having a sexual attraction to travel machines such as bicycles, motor vehicles, helicopters and jets, or mechanophilia, is considered a crime. Mechanophiles are mandated to list on sex offender registries after they are convicted.

According to Wikipedia, mechanophilia is often found in science faction and popular fiction works. Among them is Eccentric Manifesto written in 1922 by Leonid Trauberg, Grigori Kozintsev and Sergei Yutkevich.

However, mechanophilia is not listed in WebMD’s list of mental ailments. It is also not in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
