A former NBA All-Star, an ex-NFL cheerleader, a poker pro and the president of a sports franchise. They are just among the cast of the new “Survivor” which will start airing on Feb. 26 on the CBS channel in the United States of America.

Leading the sports personalities in the 16-man cast of the latest "Survivor" is 45-year-old Cliff Robinson who once played in the pro league for 18 years. He suited up for the Portland Trail Blazers, Phoenix Suns, Detroit Pistons, Golden State Warriors and New Jersey Nets spanning from 1989 to 2007.

Aside from the National Basketball Association, the National Football League and Major League Baseball is also represented in the latest installment of the reality series with a format that will pit three groups—Brawns, Brains and Beauty—against each other.

Former San Francisco 49ers cheerleader, 21-year-old Morgan McLeod will be part of the Beauty Tribe and the president and owner of the Miami Marlins, 45-year-old David Samson will join the Brains Tribe while Robinson will be in the Brawn Tribe.

Other sports-related personalities are poker player Garret Adelstein (Brain Tribe); mixed martial arts instructor Yung "Woo" Hwang (Brawn Tribe); and horse trainer LJ McKanas (Beauty Tribe).

Other notable contestants are J’Tia Taylor, a nuclear engineer; Jefra Bland, a 2009 Miss Kentucky Teen USA winner; Kassandra McQuillen, a lawyer from California; and Sarah Lacina and Tony Vlachos, both of whom are police officers.

Will one from the world of sports be named the ultimate survivor at the end of the season? From which tribe will the winner come from? Who will win in this battle between brawns, brains and beauty?
