Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez had a tea party on the International Women’s Day. On March 7, Taylor and Selena were reportedly joined by a group of friends including Ellie Goulding and the Haim sisters, Este Haim and Alana Haim for a tea date in L.A.

Taylor went ahead and posted a photograph of her day out with her girlfriends. In the photo, she can be seen lovingly hugging Selena from behind as they both sit at a table. Their other friends are sitting beside them. Selena appears to be dressed in an animal print ensemble and Taylor can be seen wearing a black dress.

Taylor captioned the photo as "We are at our best when we cheer each other on and build each other up. Happy International Women's Day!" Selena also took to her Instagram and posted a cute snap of herself with Taylor.

In the shot, Taylor can be seen lying on a lounge chair with her head placed on Selena’s lap. Both the girls appear to be in a happy mood and are smiling for the camera. Taylor is wearing a white fur coat while Selena is wearing a pair black leggings and animal print coat. The “Come And Get It” singer captioned the photo, as “she is so fluffy.”

Selena and Taylor are reportedly besties. Selena also spoke about her friendship with the country crooner during her appearance at “The Talk” last year. “She (Taylor) thinks I should constantly surround myself with people who are going to make me better -- that are going to challenge and motivate me. She supports me and never judges me for anything,” she said as per US Weekly.

Meanwhile, Selena has recently released her new single “I Want You To Know.” The song also features DJ Zedd. The romantic song talks about two people who have a same outlook towards life. The lyrics of the song goes as “I want you to know that it's our time, you and me bleed the same light, want you to know that I'm all yours, you and me run the same course."
