Although Prince George was not included in the recent New York trip of his parents Kate Middleton and Prince William, he has been showered with gifts from people who sent these across the ocean to him. However, his parents insist that despite the love and attention, the toddler is smitten by iPads and love to play games on it.

The same has been revealed by Prince William who admitted that his 18-month-old son is well versed with the iPad and loves to play games on the gadget. The Duke of Cambridge revealed this during a friendly chat with Ayah Bdeir, who is the CEO of Little Bits, at a technology event at New York's Empire State Building.

"He told me that his son George has been playing iPad games and loves them," gushed Bdeir to TIME. "And that this was a good way to teach him the inner workings of electronics," the CEO added.

Whether young George is gifted an iPad from Apple remains unknown, but it is certain that he received another cute gift in the form of his own customised Cavaliers jersey. This gift came from LeBron James, who is a leading American basketball player.

The Royal couple went to see a match where the player had the opportunity to meet and greet the esteemed couple. James did not let the moment pass by and grabbed the chance to gift the pregnant Duchess two customized jerseys--one adult- and one-kid sized. The latter had George printed on the back.

James was so excited with the whole episode that he posted a photo-shopped picture of Prince George in the small 'gifted jersey'. Meanwhile, the Royals got a chance to meet other important guests throughout the evening.

The night also saw America's power couple Beyoncé and Jay Z bonding with the British Royals. After the game, the couples were introduced to each other, and they began to amicably for a few minutes as well. Zee News has even revealed that Beyoncé and the Duchess were talking about their kids and have even set up their next meeting.

So, little George got another gift from the U.S. from Beyoncé: a play date. As per the tabloid, Beyoncé has set up a play date between her daughter Blue Ivy and Prince George during their next London visit scheduled at New Year's Eve.
