Last week had been rain of reports on “Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire” events. This week kicks off with a number of new themes for the 3DS.

Serebii, trusted Pokemon source, has announced the release of a couple of 3DS themes for both North America and Europe. All of the 3DS themes have been announced for Japan release before announcements were made for Western release. There are three Pokemon themes, each sold at $1.99. One is Mega Rayquaza and the music theme for Battle! Ancient Pokemon in “Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.” The second is Pokemon Friends with music from “Pokemon Black and White” and the last is Pokemon: Hanafuda featuring “Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver” track from Kimono Girls. The same themes have also been announced for a Europe release, with each theme sold at £1.79/€1.99 each.

Just recently, Game Freak and Nintendo have released the first worldwide passcode for “Pokemon Shuffle.” My Nintendo News reports that players can enter the passcode 20150007 to get two Mega starts. From today, players also only have seven days to play the Meowth Stage, as it will be ending on March 23.

This “Pokemon Shuffle” event features daily events that change per day. It rewards players with a number of coins. For the following week, different Rotom forms can be obtained per day, and it will be the only times when the specific Rotom forms will be made available for “Pokemon Shuffle.”

Finally, for those who haven’t checked the Pokemon Bank in the last few weeks, a reward has been made available for users. The announcement was made via the official website, which stated that a special distribution will happen for three Pokemon.

Specifically, these Pokemon are the final evolved forms of the starter Pokemon from “Pokemon HeartGold and Pokemon SoulSilver.” These are Meganium, Typhlosion and Feraligatr, all of which come with Hidden abilities.

Briefly, the Meganium has Leaf Guard, Typhlosion has Flash Fire and Feraligatr has Sheer Force. All three evolved starters can be obtained via Pokemon Link with for players who have the “Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire” or “Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.” These Pokemon will only be available until Nov. 30, so it’s a great way to while some time in existing “Pokemon” titles before Game Freak announces its title for this year.
