Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have been throwing jabs at each other about the much-anticipated and long-awaited super fight between the two. Recently, Mayweather has called out Pacquiao and dared the Filipino to face him on the ring on May 2. Pacquiao isn't really taken aback by Mayweather's challenge, because according to the eight-division Filipino boxing icon, there is not any place for the undefeated fighter to run or to hide.

"He (Mayweather) has reached a dead end," Pacquiao told AFP. "He has nowhere to run but to fight me."

What could be more exhilarating in boxing than seeing two of the greatest fighters in history beating seven shades out of each other? Pacquiao, who has been chasing for a Mayweather fight since his victory over previously undefeated Chris Algieri in Macau back in November, said that he will try to provide a "thrilling and entertaining" fight against Mayweather if their bout finally comes to fruition. However, Pacquiao doubts that Mayweather could give the real meaning to the tem "slugfest." He griped about Mayweather's fights being boring fights.

In case the two finally meet in the ring, Pacquiao revealed that he will be ready for it. He said he knows what to do. Pacquiao said he is going to follow Mayweather in the ring so he has nowhere to run. He'll be ready to develop a strategic plan to upset Mayweather.

Meanwhile, ESPN's brilliant anchor Skip Bayless is doubtful of Mayweather's earnestness when he dared Pacquiao. Bayless said in a tweet that Mayweather may now be claiming to want the fight, but he will make it impossible to happen by asking for unattainable demands. Bayless said Mayweather is scared of Pacquiao. In November, Bayless has also posted a series of tweets, saying that Mayweather will never fight Pacquiao because he is afraid to lose and get hurt.

Will both camps finally be able to negotiate and make the fight happen? If Mayweather and Pacquiao are able to concur and meet in the middle, then the biggest fight in the sporting world of boxing could really happen on May 2.
