'Once Upon A Time' Season 6 promo: Prepare for 'war'; 'Most wicked villain' returns

A new promo video of “Once Upon A Time” Season 6 has surfaced online. The video teases some of the action sequences and big moments for the heroes in Storybrooke.

The promo video titled “war” posted on the YouTube channel of Television Promos begins with Jafar (Oded Fehr) on a magic carpet attacking Aladdin (Deniz Akdeniz). The “street rat” of Agrabah was once a “Savior,” but for some reason he travelled to the Land of Untold Stories and effectively put his story on pause.

According to the synopsis of the premiere episode Jafar will confront an “afflicted” Aladdin in Agrabah in a flashback scene. The episode will also reveal a “secret” about the Savior.

The promo video asks the fans what would happen if their favorite characters in Storybrooke went to war. The action sequences featured in the “Once Upon A Time” Season 6 video include the Charmings confronting someone who appears to be the Count of Monte Cristo (Craig Horner) at the docks.

The main villain this time around is Mr. Hyde (Sam Witwer). He had previously taken control of Storybrooke, and the heroes will now fight him for it. The fight scene involving the character in the promo video shows Emma (Jennifer Morrison) using a magical weapon to knock him out.

The other big villain this year is the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla). The promo video calls her the “most wicked villain of them all.” The video shows Regina confronting her evil half. When she wonders how the Evil Queen is still alive, the villain responds by asking her if she really thought that it would be that easy.

“Once Upon A Time” Season 6 is set to premiere on Sept. 25. The other big storyline in the episode is Rumple (Robert Carlyle) attempting to wake Belle (Emilie de Ravin) from the sleeping curse.
