Spoiler Alert: This feature contains major “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 spoilers.

The viewers met Oz character Dorothy Gale, played by actress Matreya Scarrwener, in “Once Upon a Time” Season 3, episode 20 titled “Kansas.” An upcoming episode in the second part of “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 will have the viewers meeting a grown-up Dorothy Gale.

An exclusive TVLine report confirmed that “Chicago Fire” actress Teri Reeves joins the “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 cast as recurring character Dorothy Gale. The Oz character is now described as a “brave warrior for good.”

Zelena and Dorothy are expected to cross paths once again in the second part of “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 since the Wicked Witch of the West is back in Oz. In the mid-season finale episode titled “Swan Song,” Zelena revealed that she wanted to teach her daughter with Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) to be wicked just like her so Regina Mills/Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) kicked her half-sister out of Storybrooke and transported her back to Oz.

The conflict between the half-sisters is also one of the storylines expected to be further explored in “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 second-half episodes. In a previous report, OUAT series creator and executive producer Edward Kitsis teased that Zelena, Regina, Robin Hood and the baby will continue to have a big part in the second arc of ABC’s TV series.

The second part of “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 is scheduled to kick off on March 6, 2016 with episode 12 titled “Souls of the Departed” which will air at 8/7c on ABC. Meanwhile, TVLine further revealed that the OUAT fans can meet Reeves as Dorothy Gale in “Once Upon a Time” Season 5, episode 16.
