Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime continues to make headlines as more details and photos surface. Previously, there were photos leaked of a device clearly sporting a premium build and similar features. This time, the latest photos leaked show the front and back of the suspected Galaxy S5 Prime. The device has also been compared to the existing Samsung Galaxy S5 flagship. Will Samsung really release a high end device?

Despite claims that the Galaxy S5 Prime may be another line of Samsung handset called the Galaxy F, there is no guarantee unless the South Korean tech giant makes an official announcement. According to the photos leaked from Phone Arena, the device appears to sport a bigger display compared to the flagship S5. Likewise, the handset also features a curvier design with slimmer bezels. Just like before, Samsung may be including an aluminum build although the pictures make it hard to confirm that. Nonetheless, it does have a brushed metal effect similar to the LG G3. This is against the dimpled pattern reported previously.

Nonetheless, the overall size and shape of the handset agree with previous leaks. More importantly, comparing the leaked photos with the Galaxy S5 does not automatically mean the device is larger despite the larger screen. It does have an expanded screen but other dimensions remain similar with the Galaxy S5.

According to Android Central, specs of the Galaxy S5 Prime or the Galaxy F handset include 5.25-inch QHD AMOLED display offering 2560 x 1440 display, Snapdragon 805 or Samsung Exynos processor, 3GB RAM and Cat. 6 LTE. Samsung has not commented on the matter. Analysts believe that the release of the device will be around September same with the Galaxy Note 4.

In support of the release of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime edition or the Galaxy F, notorious tipster @evleaks posted a photo of the device in "perfect golden hue." The premium factor of the handset can be seen clearly in the render.
