The latest Google Nexus 6 concept image has featured a pure piece of metal as its body. Designer Sirkdow created the new Nexus 6 render as spotted in his Google+ account. He made a smartphone that is very slim and with packed two LED flashes aligned below the camera sensor.

According to Concept-Phones, the only concern was that the handset could be too thin that it may cut the user. But it will be fine if the body will be embedded with matte plastic material covered in a rubberized or leather-like texture.

Since Google worked with several manufacturers, it is still unconfirmed which company will take the helm.

According to Gizmodo Germany, LG will once again be in-charge of developing Nexus 6 smartphone and will be released in October. But Lenovo and Motorola were also other third-party manufacturers that Google may partner with.

The October release date was echoed by Google's Vice President Sundar Pichai statement during the Mobile World Congress when he said the next Nexus smartphone will not arrive in the first half of 2014 but in the second of the year.

Google Nexus 6's details were scarce. But the device was reported to be a "lightweight" version of LG G2 or boasts some of the specs and features of LG G3. Moreover, rumors pointed the handset will pack a quad HD screen display with 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution, a 64-bit processor and a 16-megapixel rear camera.

But the search engine giant has not confirmed the official specs and features of the smartphone.

Some of the Google Nexus 6's rumored features are 5.2-inch full-HD, curved LCD display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass, 64-bit version of its Snapdragon 800-series chipset paired 3 GB RAM, 13 MP camera and 5 MP front-facing camera, bluetooth, NFC, micro-USB, Wi-Fi and 4G.

The next Nexus smartphone was expected to be released with the next generation of Android operating system dubbed as 4.5 Lollypop. The handset was reported to be available in 32 GB / 64 GB / 128 GB storage variants.
