The first few episodes of Season 13 of “NCIS” have already been aired, and it has been a season of many changes. With the bulk of the season still to watch out for, showrunner Gary Glasberg dished a multitude of spoilers for the episodes that will be coming this November. [Spoiler Alert!]

FOX411 sat down with Glasberg for an exclusive discussion on what “NCIS” has in store for the next few episodes. He started off by talking about the secret society that was revealed this week. He described the organisation as “a small group of slightly eccentric civilians who like to get together in the wee small hours and take on cases that others have forgotten about."

He then quickly moved forward to episode 8, which airs on Nov. 10. In this episode, Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will have a bittersweet reunion with his ex-girlfriend Jeanne Benoit (guest star Scottie Thompson). They will see each other again under dire circumstances, when DiNozzo heads to Sudan with Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) to investigate an attack on a group of doctors. Unfortunately, Benoit’s husband is one of the victims.

On Nov. 17, Ellie Bishop’s (Emily Wickersham) marriage will be the hot topic. Things will go downhill for her and Jack, and the marriage is described to be “going in the dumpster.” Elsewhere in episode 9, "A Day in Court," TV Guide shares that allegations of mishandled evidence will lead to the dismissal of a murder case. The officer involved will try to clear his name with some help from the NCIS.

Nov. 24 marks the airing of this season’s Thanksgiving episode. Just like most people, even NCIS agents need to go home for the holidays. Bishop will head back to Oklahoma, and Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) will tag along.

The rest of the season in expected to deal with Gibbs’ continuing recovery from the shooting incident that opened up his season. “NCIS” airs every Tuesday at 8 pm ET on CBS.
