In this week’s episode of the ABC comedy series “Modern Family,” Phil and Claire Dunphy have opposing parenting styles once again. Meanwhile, Mitch finally finds a job, but it’s not working well for other members of the family.

“Modern Family” Season 7, Episode 3 is titled “The Closet Case.” According to the synopsis shared by ABC, Mitch (Jesse Tyler-Ferguson) will finally be able to get a new job. Unfortunately, he will get hired as a consultant by his father’s biggest rival. Jay Pritchett (Ed O'Neill) is in the closet manufacturing business, and Mitch has been hired by a company called Closets, Closets, Closets, Closets!

Jay is naturally opposed to having his son work for a rival company. However, Mitch and his husband, Cam (Eric Stonestreet), have been struggling with their finances for several months, and Mitch really needs to get back in the work force.

Over at the Dunphy household, Haley (Sarah Hyland) got back together with Dylan (Reid Ewing) after failing to stop Andy’s (Adam DeVine) engagement to Beth (Laura Ashley Samuels). Phil (Ty Burrell) is happy to have drawn Haley out of her depression, but Claire (Julie Bowen) isn’t too excited about the rekindled relationship.

Haley wants Dylan to move in and Phil will help her convince Claire. However, Phil will be having some second thoughts about the living arrangements once he realises how intimate it could be.

Elsewhere in the show, Jay and Gloria Pritchett (Sofia Vergara) will also be dealing with their child’s relationship issues. Their teenage son Manny (Rico Rodriguez), has been venturing out into the dating world. Overprotective mom, Gloria, has a strategy on how to deal with Manny’s girl problems but she will clash with Manny’s uncle Cam.
