You may have heard about the crazy days and bad luck that the Mercury Retrograde 2013 brings. Whether you believe or consider it as a superstition, here are ways to stay in control between Oct. 21 to Nov. 10.

Communicate well with others. Ensure you double-check agreements and negotiations through careful thought and planning. Be clear with your words and deeds.

Steer clear from any major upgrades for your hardware or software. Back up all your files for your gadgets.

Be patient and expect delays to happen along the way even with your most thought out plans. It can come to you as simple as encountering traffic when you don't expect it.

When traveling, either automobile or by air, expect some delays in the airport. Probably you may experience misplaced luggage or lost tickets. If possible, cancel your travel itineraries first.

Take a break from purchasing any electronic device whether a mobile phone, laptop or sound gadgets. This may increase during the Mercury retrograde season.

Avoid moving to a new home or office during this season to avoid any possible complications.

Stay safe with romantic relationships. When you are single, do not rush into getting into a new relationship. When you are committed, stay faithful.

Try to mindmap or put into writing any goals that you want to accomplish. This season triggers a lot of forgetfulness and memory problems.

Do not be bitter over small conflicts. Put up a smile and do not take things seriously. Some people may turn out sarcastic or offensive, but it could be brought by the retrograde season.

Take note of your mistakes to lessen its impact in future Mercury retrogrades in the coming years.

After Nov. 10, then we can all take a breather and give out a sigh of relief. The universe will be back on its senses and things are expected to go smooth again when the Mercury Retrograde 2013 is over and done.
