Seven new Digimon are coming to “Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth.” Bandai Namco’s latest entry into the PS4 and PS Vita via the franchise. Following great reviews of the game, the developer has now added new characters for free.

The 1.04 update for “Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth” brings in the following Digimon: Chaosmon, Darkdramon, MirageGaogamon, Ravemon, Rosemon, ShineGreymon and Valkyrimon. According to HardcoreGamer, the seven new Digimon can be unlocked for free by playing the game and completing specific missions.

Digimon fans can also check the new trailer released by Bandai Namco for the upcoming mobile game of the franchise. Dubbed as “Digimon Linkz,” the game features many of fans’ favourite Digimon.

They will be pitted against each other in a virtual arena via a three against three battle. Some of the Digimon can be seen Digivolving into more powerful forms. There is also farm with upgradable buildings, where Digimon can thrive and be raised. The farm will also provide some resources for Digimon to help them become stronger and prepare better for battles, Gematsu reported.

This is the second trailer for “Digimon Linkz.” The first was released back in November. So far, the release date for the game is still not definitive, though it is slated to come sometime this year.

Bandai Namco is touting the new title as a next-generation smartphone game. In an earlier report from Siliconera, it will feature high-end graphics. The initial trailer shows off more sequences in-game, including a closer look at the farm as well as some action form the Digimon on the battle arena.

“Digimon Linkz: will come out for both the iOS and Android devices. An earlier announcement confirmed that pre-registering for the game will give players a chance to get the Veemon, but only if the preregistration goes beyond 10,000 players.
