The Dancing With The Stars drama
It has only been a week and a half since the new season of Dancing With The Stars was aired but the tension in the show is already raising due to love affairs, blood on the dance floor and the backlashing of dancers.
Rumours surfaced that the TV program's top contestant, Rachel Finch, has hooked up with her Russian dance partner Michael Miziner. The two were seen kissing and holding hands after attending the rehearsals for the show in Melbourne.
Now, Finch has finally spoken up about the issue.
"Michael and I have been dancing together for a couple of months now and we're having a great time," she told New Idea.
"It's early days in our relationship but we're really enjoying each other's company and I guess we'll see where it leads."
The beauty queen has previously been linked to champion swimmer Eamon Sullivan after their appearance on Celebrity MasterChef.
As for Miziner, this wouldn't be the first time that he hooked up with his co-stars. He was once caught getting cosy with swimsuit Emily Scott when they became dance partners on DWTS last year.
In the meantime, the show is not all about love. It could also get bloody.
For the first time, Kyle Sandiland's wife Tamara Jaber talked about being left bloodied and bruised by her recent show-stopping routine on Dancing With The Stars.
Jaber got injured while dancing the tango with her partner Carmelo Pizzino. She slammed her hand into the floor and later cut it on the silver briefcase that she used as a prop. Blood oozed from her hand and smeared on to Pizzino's shirt.
"I was bleeding from my hand. It was bleeding everywhere but I could not feel a thing, really," she said.
Aside from the incident, Jaber is facing complaints from fans who believe that she has an unfair advantage. According to them, the judges will mark her harder because she had a previous training
Aside from winning hundreds of trophies around the world, she was also a former back-up dancer on reality show Rainbow Connection for a year.
"I think in the performance aspect, I definitely have more experience but as for the advantage (the judges) are definitely going to start marking me a lot harder and they are going to expect a lot more from me," she said.
"I know next week it is going to be a lot tougher."
