'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Spoilers: Sheldon, Amy finally get physically intimate in Episode 11 [VIDEO]
The five years wait is finally over for fans of Shamy. The much-anticipated episode of “The Big Bang Theory,” where Sheldon (Jim Parson) and Amy(Mayim Bialik) will consummate their relationship, will air this Thursday, Dec. 17.
Sheldon and Amy will finally get physically intimate after five years of dating in Episode 11 of "The Big Bang Theory" Season 9, titled "The Opening Night Excitation." According to the official synopsis, "After more than five years of dating, Sheldon and Amy spend their first night together." The episode will see the return of Emmy- winning actor Bob Newhart as Sheldon’s Obi-Wan Kenobi, and he will be solving Sheldon's big dilemma.
According to spoilers leaked online of "The Big Bang Theory" Season 9 Episode 11, the ghost of Professor Photon (Newhart) visits Sheldon in his dream, and on his advice he decides to spend the night with Amy, cancelling his initial plan to go to the movie.
When Penny (Kaley Cuoco) asks sheldon what he plans to give Amy as a gift, he says he is planning on getting intimate with her, which takes everyone by surprise, according to spoilers.
Afterwards, when the girls are out with Amy, Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) asks her if she would like to get a bikini wax, and she tells her that Sheldon plans to get intimate with her. Amy, who is both shocked and excited by the revelation, immediately runs off to get waxed, the spoilers of "The Opening Night Excitation" reveal.
Later that night, when Sheldon arrives at her house and invites her to dinner, Amy says that she isn’t hungry and asks him to give her the birthday present first. They end up in bed together, both equally nervous and excited, according to the spoilers of "The Big Bang Theory" Season 9 Episode 10.
Also in "The Opening Night Excitation" episode, Leonard, Wolowitz, and Koothrappali must decide who will take their extra "Star Wars" movie ticket, after Sheldon plans to spend the night with Amy. Spoilers reveal that they give the ticket to Wil Wheaton.
In the previous episode of "The Big Bang Theory," titled “The Earworm Reverberation,” Sheldon gets back with Amy after he realises that the song stuck in his head was about Amy and his relationship and how she made him a better person.
