Before Erinsborough residents could catch their breath with the recent turn of events, another set of shocking incidents rocks their world. On Friday’s episode of “Neighbours,” Walter Mitchell (Greg Stone) resorts to desperate measures to save his daughter’s life. He is set to take Nell, who’s a perfect match with Zoe for a bone marrow transplant, without permission from Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey) and Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney).

Meanwhile, spoilers also hint that Ramsay Street welcomes back Madison Robinson (Sarah Ellen), who’ll play a crucial part in Paul Robinson’s (Stefan Dennis) schemes. Channel Eleven posted a sneak peek of Friday’s episode, which showed Karl telling Walter, Sonya and Toadie that Nell could only be Zoe’s chance to live. Karl said that Nell is Zoe’s perfect match for a bone marrow transplant, but only if she has parental consent. Toadie said he won’t let this happen. Later, Walter volunteered to pick up Nell from daycare.

Digital Spy reports that Walter would claim he’s okay with Toadie and Sonya’s decision to think things over first, and inform them that he and Zoe would return to Sydney that day. Walter has one request: he hopes to bring Nell home from daycare to say their goodbyes properly. However, when Sonya and Toadie arrive home, they find out that Walter has taken Nell.

Paul tells someone over on the phone that everything is going according to plan. He instructs the person to jump on a plane and go to Erinsborough. Digital Spy spoilers say that Paul’s talking to Madison, who would be coming back to town.

“Neighbours” recap

On Thursday, Mark found out from Julie’s official testimony that she let the explosion happen so she could claim money from her insurance. She felt guilty, so she confessed her plans to a priest, who turned out to be Jack. She then went to Braun & Bell to get the blue prints and gave them to Jacka. She paid him to blow up the boiler. But when she heard the loud explosion, she knew that Jacka made a mistake. “He took my orders too far,” she said. “He’s the reason why people died.”

When Julie refused to pay Jacka, he decided to steal from the cash box but it was empty. She was able to keep him quiet by reminding him that they’d both be in trouble if he came clean. They decided to make someone look guilty, so they framed Paul. The only problem left, Julie said, was Jack. Since he lost his memory anyway, Julie took it up a notch and paid Wendy to lie about his whereabouts. While both Julie and Jacka said they didn’t mean to hurt anyone, Mark told them that they’re being charged for two counts of manslaughter and multiple damages.

Meanwhile, Jack told Paige about his past and how he became a priest. Their talk turned to his involvement in the explosion. After Julie confessed to him, he followed her in an attempt to stop her. That’s why he recognised the Braun & Bell logo. When he couldn’t find her there, he proceeded to Lassiters and down to the boiler room. Paige asked him why he didn’t go to the police, and Jack said he wasn’t expecting the explosion. Later, Jack admitted that whil his memories came back, wearing the priest’s collar didn’t feel right. Paige suggested that it might mean he’s not the same person anymore. Later, Jack told Paige that he’s going back home for a few days to figure out things and to embrace his true identity. Paige wanted to come with him but Jack said he had to do it alone. When Paige moved in for a kiss, Paul pulled away. Despite his rejection, Paige said she’ll be waiting for him until he sorts things out.

Elsewhere, Mark informed Terese that Julie is the one responsible for the Lassiters explosion and that Paul was only framed. Terese could not believe what she heard – she sent an innocent man in jail. At the police station, Julie apologised to Brad, Terese, Paige and Piper for the tragedy that took away their loved ones. Piper wasn’t able to contain herself and attacked Julie, but Brad intervened. At home, Terese blamed herself for putting Paul in prison and not searching for more answers.

Gary, on the other hand, was determined to set things right with Xanthe. He asked Aaron to set up a meeting with Tom Quill so they can discuss about what she owed. Tom agreed, but was stunned to hear from Gary that Xanthe won’t be paying him the remaining debt. Gary warned Tom that given his family’s legal problems right now, the police won’t probably be too sympathetic. Gary also warned Tom to stay away from Xanthe.

Meanwhile, Steph lashed at Mark for stopping the investigation and for rushing to put Paul behind bars. Their argument was interrupted when Amy arrived, saying she’s about to pick up Paul. However, Steph said Paul called her to bring him home. She said it was big moment for her and Paul considering that everyone was against them from the start. Later, when Paul arrived back at Ramsay Street, Terese looked on ruefully, while Gary feared that Paul might retaliate against him.
