The episode 4 of "White Collar" final season is "All's Fair." In this episode, someone from Mozzie's past is set to make an appearance. This someone is said to be Mozzie's wife. These two have not met each other for the last six years. According to episode 4 synopsis of "White Collar" Season 6, this character from Mozzie's past will be returning to pull a con at Mozzie's expense. Also, the preview of the episode says that "the biggest secrets are coming out" and Neal can be seen pointing a gun at someone.

The synopsis of "All's Fair" also suggests that things will go silent at the Pink Panthers front in this episode. In the last episode, Neal and Keller were given a joint task to copy a digital file from a high tech security company. To accomplish this task, Neal had to woo an innocent girl. At the end of the episode, she slaps him, as she came to know that he used her to accomplish his task. Meanwhile, the FBI team finds out that the Pink Panthers wanted the digital file because it contains algorithm that arbitrarily decides what package gets sent to which airport and on which flight. The Pink Panthers probably want the algorithm to help them plan their big heist. Also in the episode, Keller said to Neal that he is putting people close to him on the death row by going against the Pink Panthers.

As the Pink Panthers are set to silently plan their next move, Neal and Peter will be seen solving a case that will lead them to Mozzie's past. According to the official synopsis of episode 4 of "White Collar" Season 6, "With the Pink Panthers having gone silent, Peter and Neal focus on a case dealing with someone from Mozzie's past, who's returned to tie up loose ends and pull another con, this one at Mozzie's expense."

Meanwhile, in the preview clip, Neal is seen pointing a gun at someone, saying "this is means to an end." Mozzie can be seen asking Neal, "Are you helping the FBI or are you taking the money." Also, Peter is seen telling Neal he does not want any surprises and does not want to be left in the dark. With only three episodes left before the end of the show, thing are expected to get twisted and complicated.
