Similar to the twins she portrays on TV, Sarah claims that she has 2 personas. "I'm Sarah Michelle Gellar when I'm at work and I'm Sarah Prinze when I'm not," she explained.

While the crew prepares for the next shoot, Sarah shared her personal ways to live a healthy life.

Sarah admitted that she has Body Dysmorphic Disorder, a condition wherein a physiologically healthy person becomes obsess to an imaginary physically defect. The actress believes that all women have this kind of problem.

"I just have to remember that I'm human and I'm a mom. Being a parent changes the vanity at least a little bit. It has to. Your priorities are different," Sarah quoted.

When asked if she will ever use a famous woman's body as an inspiration and put it on a fridge, Sarah said that it is much better to use your own body as an inspiration.

"I think if I were ever going to put something up, I would put a picture of myself where I was proud of my body," according to Sarah. And that will be before she got pregnant, because she was in good shape that time.

At a very young age Sarah taught her daughter the value of healthy foods. Sarah believes that it is important to enjoy different tastes at very young age, that's why she even let her daughter try sushi.

Her family enjoys a green juice and according to Sarah, they go to the farmer's market, buy Kale, Swiss chard, carrots, celery, and make it as a healthy juice. They became healthier when they started drinking it.

Kale has cholesterol-lowering benefits, it also has fiber-related components that is good for digestion. Swiss chard is good for our body's blood-sugar regulating system. Aside from being a good source of Vitamin A, carrots are also considered as an effective anti-oxidant. The celery can boost our immune system.

Sarah Michelle said that they usually drink the juice in the afternoon.

Sarah considers sushi as her healthy meal. She loves Halibut sashimi with truffles and blue crab hand roll. The beautiful mom-actress eats a lot of fish because of its richness in omega which is known to be good for the heart.

When also asked if there is a way to speed up the quality time with her family, "Napping. That's why I never do anything at lunch, because most of the time I eat before we break for lunch, and I nap during lunch. I don't want to miss morning with her (Charlotte), so no matter how late we work, I get up with her. My weekends, I refuse to work, because that's her time. I love this job... It's not my priority anymore," answered Sarah.
