The episode 3 of "Scandal" Season 4 is titled "Inside the Bubble." The preview of the episode says that "lust can make you do crazy, twisted things." The crazy, twisted things that a person does because of lust may have its consequences. The Friday night episode is likely to put a couple of characters in a tricky situation.

The last episode saw Jake moving out of Olivia's place. He was staying in a hotel room. He told Olivia that he will be available for a booty call whenever she wants. "You come here to have sex but you're in love with another man, right," Jake is seen telling Olivia in "Inside the Bubble" preview clip. Olivia seems to have accepted that truth -- she can have a physical relatinship with Jake but she will never love hm. She loves only Fitz.

In one of the sneak peeks, Olivia is seen telling Jake that she has a proposition for him. She asks him to join her and her father for a casual dinner. Jake says no. He tells her that she is not his girl-friend and if she was, he would have come and met her dad even if he had tortured him. Jake spots Charlie and ends the call, saying "call me later if you want me to do that thing to you." Afterwards, he uses Charlie's head to break the candy vending machine. In the last episode, Jake was digging deep to find information on Harrison's murder. The surveillance footage indicated that Charlie may have been involved or may know something. If the preview and sneak peek are any indication, Charlie is going to be the punching bag, as Quinn too tackles him and tries to choke him.

The other sneak peek features Fitz and Abby's conversation. It looks like Fitz is losing the gun control. He is seen calling Abby: "Gabby." Abby is not there to talk about gun control but to inform him that Mellie has become obsessed with some killer story that everyone is talking about. Fitz asks Abby to give Mellie whatever she wants.

Sonya Walger has been roped in to star in this episode [she is likely to have a recurring role]. Her character is an old friend of one of the characters and she makes an appearance after her daughter goes missing, according to the synopsis. Also in the episode, Cyrus is likely to get involved with the escort, which may provide Lizzie with some ammunition against him to tame him.

"An old friend is going to return for help after her daughter goes missing, Cyrus will have an awkward run-in during a business breakfast, and Jake will use his connections to get some answers. Meanwhile, Mellie is going to become obsessed with a national news story, and David will go to great lengths to prove himself."
