Known to be the playboy prince among the British royals, this bit about Prince Harry finally wanting to settle down is truly surprising news.

Alas, it looks like the 29-year-old has casted away his philandering ways and has talked about tying the knot to girlfriend Cressida Bonas.

However, for Cressida, things seem to be in opposite. While many women would say yes and even jump ship just to make Harry their man for life, the 24-year-old has reportedly been upset about the whole idea.

According to one of her friends, the young Ms. Bonas "has been in floods of tears" when Harry opened up about marriage.

"Harry is coming on very strong, but she is all over the place. She thinks she is far too young to get married and is scared by all his talk of marriage and settling down," a friend of Cressida told The Telegraph.

Since last year, reports have revealed that Harry has been showing signs of wanting to settle down. Apparently, the royal had been in frequent telephone contact with Cressida from Afghanistan, where he was serving a four-month tour of duty as an Apache helicopter co-pilot gunner.

Another friend of Cressida's revealed, "Harry has been ringing Cressida regularly. He's been pleading with her to 'wait for him' until he comes back. Cressida is still very fond of her ex-boyfriend and, since Harry's been on the scene, he's been after her again. Cressida is torn. She likes Harry, but is not the sort to be bothered about his title."

Harry's thoughts on tying the knot is also said to be deeply influenced by the engagement of his best friend, Thomas van Straubenzee, to the daughter of the Duke of Northumberland. The couple is set to marry later this year.

How lucky is Cressida? Maybe she is too young, but it's a royal life awaiting her after all. Besides, how many chances do you get of a prince wanting to wed you? Ready or not, she'll definitely come to her senses soon.
