Kate Middleton's growing baby bump was on full display on Thursday when she visited Barlby Primary School in West London. This was her first royal engagement in 2015. The Duchess looked great in a $600 Madderson London shift dress in navy. With her shiny and luscious locks falling over her shoulders, Kate smiled as she interacted with kids.

The Madderson website crashed as huge number of females went online to buy the same dress that Kate wore during the outing. The dress is already sold out on their website, says ET Online. Kate's knee length dress had beautiful motifs in pink colour on the pockets and hem. She is not the only royal to wear the British brand during her pregnancy. The dresses from the same brand were also the preferred choice of Prince William's cousin Zara Phillips when she was expecting her daughter Mia, writes Daily Mail.

The Duchess complimented the navy dress with black leggings and high heeled black suede shoes. She kept her make up simple by highlighting her eyes but let her lips be nude. Kate wore small earrings, a wrist watch in silver and her wedding ring as accessories to the event. She also carried a matching black clutch.

At the event, Kate met Grayson Perry, the cross-dressing British artist who escorted Kate as she opened a special art therapy room at the West London school. The Turner Prize-winning artist joined the 33-year-old royal for the naming ceremony of the school's art room. According to The Daily Beast, the Duchess was scheduled to inaugurate the art therapy room last year but the even was cancelled owing to Kate's severe morning sickness. "So today's ceremony was actually a 'naming' rather than an opening, but the kids didn't seem to mind," writes the website. Kate was presented with a tiny chair that was decorated with a collage of stamps.

The Duchess, who is on her sixth month of pregnancy, suffered from Hypermesis Gravidum, a severe form of morning sickness in the first trimester. The sickness forced Kate to completely shun all her public appearances and stay at home. However, she felt better in the second trimester and made several public appearances thereafter, including her recent trip to New York. Kate already has a one and a half year old son Prince George.
