Data miners have again revealed some incredible “Pokemon GO” secrets after data mining the latest update from Niantic. The latest update has the usual fixes but it the code beneath the update that has interested data miners and fans again. They have dug deep into the codes of the “Pokemon Go” version 0.55.0 for Android and 1.25.0 for iOS. The miners found Gen 2 reference as well as a whole new class of items in the APK files. There is also a new badge for the Gen 2 Pokemon Unown.

According to Express, a new Candy Award item has also been discovered that may be related to Buddy achievements. Moreover, a fix for the Pokemon Plus issue for Android users has been released. “Pokemon GO” players were not being able to connect to their Pokemon Plus devices. A fix for the game loading issue is also available now. The “Pokemon GO” update has implemented minor text fixes, reduced starting load time for Android devices, integrated OS wheelchair support for use with Apple Watch and resolved Android connectivity issues.

Pokemon Company president Tsunekazu Ishihara has teased about the next Pokemon Plus device despite the device being in short supply. It is expected to have new safety features. It is being developed by the Pokemon Company along with Nintendo.

“To avoid the danger, we also released ‘Pokemon Go Plus,’ the smartphone-linked wearable device, so that ‘Pokemon Go’ players do not have to always be looking down at their smartphone screens. Together with Nintendo, we are thinking of developing a new device that can be played more safely,” Ishihara told Nikkei Asia Review.

“Pokemon GO” Nest migration has also gone live across the world and new “Pokemon GO” Spawn points can now be found. Certain fans said that spotted unusual nest changes before the official update.
