Co-executive Producer Matthew B. Roberts teased a new picture of the massive ship that is being used to film scenes for “Outlander” season 3. Meanwhile, the cast members appear in a new video, playing “This or That,” to help the fans get through this long spell of Droughtlander.

Everyone knows there will be a journey to the Caribbean on the Starz show this year. For the fans of the show who haven’t read the books, the sea voyage will be an exciting journey. Unlike the trip to France, the main cast members will be spending considerable time on the boat, and the viewers will get to see this journey.

In the book “Voyager” by Diana Gabaldon, on which the next season is based, Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) travel on a ship named Artemis. Roberts shared a picture of ship [see below] that could be the vessel in which the main characters travel.

Meanwhile, the cast members of “Outlander” season 3 played the game “This or That” in an interview with ETOnline. The questions ranged from choosing Facebook or Twitter, to the more difficult -Scotland or England. An interesting reaction was that of Richard Rankin (Roger Wakefield) after Sophie Skelton (Brianna) chose England, but she apologised after seeing his reaction. There was also a question of choosing underwear or going commando.

Romann Berrux (Fergus) was missing in the game, but the actor is happy that he got his Twitter account verified. He thanked the fans of the show from all over the world for making this happen.

The popularity of the Starz TV series has led to four nominations at the Saturn Awards, which are Best Fantasy Television Series, Best Actor for Heughan, Best Actress for Balfe, and Best Performance for Dominique Pinon (Master Raymond).

While the fans wait for Droughtlander to get over, there is some good news. Heughan is in the race to win the contest for Most Handsome Men in the World 2017. The poll ends on Jan. 11, 2018 and the readers can vote at Vote for Most website.

Heughan and Balfe are expected to be in South Africa right now, as the actor confirmed that they will be travelling the day after the Emerald City Comic Con. The production in that country will go on till June, and this is also the time when filming for the show will wrap.

“Outlander” season 3 will premiere in September. Starz is yet to announce an exact release date.
