Klaus Mikaelson will continue to deal with the people who dare to cross him in “The Originals” Season 3. Joseph Morgan, who portrays the Original vampire-werewolf hybrid character, teased that there will be a huge fight scene in an episode of the CW TV series’ upcoming new season. “The Originals” Season 3 premieres on Thursday night, October 8, at 9/8c on the CW Network. [Spoiler Alert!]

Morgan recently filmed a huge fight scene for an episode in “The Originals” Season 3, according to a report from Entertainment Weekly, or EW, Spoiler Room. “There was definitely an emotional content to this fight,” Morgan teased in the EW report.

However, Morgan did not reveal which “The Originals” character is on the receiving end of Klaus’ wrath in the fight scene. Morgan only teased that “it’s been a long time coming” between the two characters.

Elijah Mikaelson, played by Daniel Gillies, is reportedly most likely to be Klaus’ opponent in the said scene. To defeat Dahlia, played by Claudia Black, in “The Originals” Season 2, Klaus devised a plan that damaged his relationship with his brother.

Klaus killed Elijah’s new girlfriend, Gia, played by Nishi Munshi, and placed “The Crescent Curse” on Elijah’s other love interest, Hayley Marshall, played by Phoebe Tonkin, as payback for taking his daughter Hope away from him. In “The Original” Season 2 finale episode titled “Ashes to Ashes,” Elijah expressed his disappointment on how Klaus carried out his plan in order to defeat their powerful witch aunt Dahlia.

Elijah declared that Klaus once again broke his family in order to break his enemy. Klaus and Elijah’s conflict will be one of the storylines in the upcoming “The Originals” Season 3.

Meanwhile, TVOvermind reports that “The Originals” executive producers Julie Plec and Michael Narducci talked about the other storylines to look forward to in the upcoming season of the CW TV series. “The Originals” Season 3 will also explore Davina Claire’s power as the Regent, the agenda of the witches against the Mikaelsons, new romantic relationships and the arrival of the sired vampires of the Original family in New Orleans to seek power and revenge against Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah Mikaelson, played by Maisie Richardson-Sellers.
