As this season started, Gregorio made it very clear that she was not digging it when she came to NCIS: New Orleans. The main reason is because her ex-husband is back. Her ex-husband will be in the picture in the upcoming episode in 2017.

Gregorio’s ex-husband is not just back but he is also involved in a shady scheme to siphon money from FEMA projects. Because of this, her name and career will be jeopardized. As much as she wants to leave this past behind, it will continue to haunt her if she will not face it. However, she is starting to feel more at home in the Big Easy.

Another problem for Gregorio is to make the big decision and that is to choose whether she will stay in New Orleans or head back to D.C.

"The gods have a way of bringing us back, in way, of what we're trying to run from," executive producer Brad Kern tells TV Guide. "She will be confronting that emotionally and literally as the season progresses."

In season 3 episode 9, the show focused on a case about a certain race car driver. There was a car malfunction and the victim of the car crash was Corporal Jarrod Connors (Mason Beauchamp). On the other hand, Russ Connors (Russell Andrews), the corporal’s father, thinks that this is not an accident but a murder plot against his son.

"NCIS: New Orleans" airs Tuesdays at 10PM in the US and 10:30PM Tuesdays on Network Ten in Australia.
