Heavy spoilers have been given of the Marvel Universe. Not only is Spider-Man allegedly going to crossover and be part of the Avengers team in the "Avengers: Infinity Wars" but Captain America is also reportedly not going to survive. Sony, however, is adamant the crossover rumours, are just that, rumours.

Latino Review has presented some heavy spoilers for the hardcore Avengers fan regarding what's in store for them in the "Avengers: Infinity Wars Part 1." According to the site, Steve Rogers would not be in the movie—he is dead. Thor would not be appearing on this movie too, as he is imprisoned. But someone entirely exciting and unexpected would be joining the Avengers: Spider-Man. "Spider-Man IS in this movie, the Sony deal went through," the spoiler from Latino Review goes. This step is deemed logical from the part of Sony, after the company reportedly lost the chance to insert Spidey in "Avengers: Civil War."

Based on the spoilers given by Latino Review, fans should also not expect to see the superhero team they have come to adore up to the "Avengers: Age of Ultron," taking part on "Avengers: Infinity Wars Part I." Part I would introduce a new set of Avengers and push the old Avengers back a bit to Part II. The new lineup of Avengers would reportedly potentially include: Ant-Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Daredevil, Dr. Strange, Iron Fist, Jewel, Luke Cage, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Wasp, some new inhumans, classic inhumans, Guardians of the Galaxy and Cosmic Marvel characters. This coincides with a spoiler on "Avengers: Age of Ultron" given last year by Badass Digest, which reported that Captain America would be revealing a new lineup of Avengers at the end of the movie, hinting at Captain Marvel in particular.

However, Sony is adamant that no crossovers between Spider-Man and Avengers would take place, despite all these spoilers and rumours. According to Comic Book Resources, a Sony Pictures representative called out these speculations, claiming they have no basis. The representative also claimed they are just "old rumours."

Moving on to another spoiler given based again on Latino Review, Steve Rogers will supposedly die at the end of "Captain America: Civil War." However, there is no official confirmation of this rumour yet. Based on the comics though, this will happen and Bucky Barnes, or the Winter Soldier, is set to take over as Captain America.

This spoiler regarding Steve Rogers' death could probably be validated by the length of contracts the actors playing Rogers and Buckey have, according to Uproxx.com. Chris Evans, who plays Rogers, currently has two more Marvel films under his contract. On the other hand, Sebastian Stan, who plays Buckey, has nine more Marvel films to complete under his contract. Uproxx.com also said fans of the comics would know the death of this major Avengers character is expected.
