During their visits around the world, the Royal Couple received many presents from the citizens of places they go to, and here are some of those items worthy of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Sure, it might be hard to give something to a couple that can practically buy anything with their money and influence, but that doesn't stop locals and their leaders to honor William and Kate with sentimental presents.

Here are some examples of those special souvenirs the Royal Couple received:

Three Canadian locals gave the Duchess a peacock feather fascinator hats, a dragonfly brooch and a ragdoll. The mayor of Ipswitch, Australia gave the pair a "carved and inscribed building fragments from Christchurch earthquake," which were said to be from New Zealand.

Australia also gave the couple a toy dog, a pair of sleeping bags and a jar of Vegemite to nibble on. Kate Middleton had a hat fair during their March 2011 visit when she was showered with a wide variety of hats.

When William and Kate visited California, they were given a pair of iPads by the governor, the top gadget pick of any high profile couple in Hollywood . The city's chief of staff to the British Ambassador gave the pair a teddy bear as a warm present.

Meanwhile, the Santa Barbara County Coroner presented Wills and Kate with four coasters, a slightly odd choice as something to give to a pair used to fancy tableware.
