'Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons' Recap: Khloe Kardashian Parties With DASH Dolls And Calls Kourtney 'A Heartless Person'

In this week's episode of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons," Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have a difference in opinion about how they should associate with the employees of their retail store business. They employ a number of girls called DASH dolls, and when Khloe takes some of them out clubbing, Kourtney gets annoyed and tells her that she's crossing the line.

Khloe's best friend Malika is working at DASH for the summer, so she's living in a rented home with Caroline and Durrani, a couple of other DASH dolls. While there on a visit, Khloe noticed that the other girls were quiet around her. Malika said they have really fun personalities and only clam up because Khloe is their boss. She also said that Khloe intimidates the other girls a little bit. Because of this, Khloe decided to invite the girls out to go clubbing.

While out at the club, Khloe and the girls started to bond over drinks while talking about dating strategies. Khloe had a lot of fun with them and told Kourtney all about her night out the following day.

Kourtney said it's not a good idea to befriend their employees that way because there should always be boundaries between a professional and a personal relationship. Despite having the talk with Kourtney, Khloe still invited the girls to lunch. She had originally planned to meet only Kourtney and Jonathan, but she decided to take Caroline and Durrani with her.

Kourtney was pissed off when Khloe arrived with the girls and started acting cold and rude at the table. Kourtney decided to step out of lunch early and left with Jonathan. Khloe thought that the girls must think Kourtney was a ruthless and heartless person. When she returned home, she told Kourtney that she has no manners. Khloe told Kourtney that she thinks that it's a good motivation for people to work for someone who is nice to them. Kourtney agreed that they each have their own managing style and admitted that Khloe has a point in saying that having their employees like them is a big deal. Kourtney had a change of heart and invited the DASH dolls over to their beach house. She got them a goody bag filled with treats from some of her favourite local shops. In the end, Kourtney lightened up and showed the girls how she appreciates them and all the hard work that they do for DASH.
