Several rumours had surfaced regarding Jennifer Aniston and her pregnancy. Reports stated that she was seen with a baby bump at the premiere of her new film, "Life of Crime." According to OK! Magazine, sources had revealed that the actress was three months pregnant after undergoing in-vitro fertilization treatments.

The magazine reported that she would disclose the news only after she was sure that the baby is okay and safe. The rumours did the rounds across social media, leaving her fans wondering about the actual truth. But her rep dashed all the rumours. Stephen Huvane, her publicist said that Jennifer was not pregnant and the story was a hoax.

He called it just another "fabrications," pointing towards the news of the supposed cancelled Smartwater shoot with Jennifer asking for a late check-out in Toronto and her stylist having to rework her wardrobe, he stated that this was all wrong. He said, "Shame on US Magazine for once again getting it all wrong. Jennifer is NOT pregnant," he clearly stated.

Aniston was also seen showing off her slim and slender waist on the red carpet of the 2014 Toronto Film Festival. She, in no way, had a baby bump. Aniston looks tremendously fit and slim though she is 45. She is extremely health conscious and makes it a point to workout even if her schedule is extremely hectic. She follows a low carb diet and does yoga. Mandy Ingber has been her yoga teacher for the past 20 years, she also teaches other actresses.

Ingber said that the "Friends" star uses yoga to stay fit not just physically but also emotionally. She told the Hollywood Reporter that they do Skype sessions as well. Speaking of her determination, she said she is very consistent and makes it a point to do yoga no matter what. As this keeps her "grounded" she stated. "Staying present in a high-pressure situation where you have so much coming at you is gold."

Ingber further revealed her fitness routine; In an interview with the Examiner, she said that along with yoga, Aniston follows a low carb diet and does cardio and strength building exercises. In one short word "consistency," is her weight loss and fitness secret. She also said that she did yoga three days a week for 60 to 90 minutes. Her yoga sessions are unique as it includes cardio and toners as well.

Aniston depends on yoga for emotional relief; speaking about her diet she said, she is not a carb lover so cutting down on carbs is rather simple. At 5ft 5, Aniston maintains her weight between 110 to 113 pounds.
