Jade Thirlwall says she and Jason Derulo in the 'early stages' of dating

Jade Thirlwall has admitted to having a crush on Jason Derulo. Thirlwall also revealed during a recent interview backstage at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball with Coca-Cola on Sunday that she is dating the R&B star.
Little Mix sat down for an interview with The Sun’s Dan Wootton after their performance at the music festival held in London’s O2 arena. That’s when fellow band member Jesy Nelson blurted out that Thirlwall is seeing someone whose name starts with the letter J and then D. Thirlwall then confirmed she’s dating the “Talk Dirty” singer.
“He’s very hot. It’s early days,” she said.
Thirlwall also rained praises on Derulo, calling him “lovely” and “really, really sweet.”
Wootton claimed he had initially given Thirlwall the nudge to date Derulo last month. His matchmaking skills worked, when the singer joined Little Mix to perform on stage at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball with Coca-Cola. Among the other girls in the group, including Nelson, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, the “Marry Me” singer reportedly only had eyes for Thirlwall.
“He gave Jade a little wink when we introduced him on stage. There’s four of us but he looked to Jade and gave her a wink,” Nelson told Wootton backstage at the event.
Nelson also compared Derulo with Nick Jonas, who’s believed to also have a crush on Thirlwall. She said Derulo is “a bit more more manly” and Jonas “a nice boy.” However, Nelson preferred Derulo for Thirlwall since she believes he can look after her.
Derulo was previously in a two-year relationship with fellow artist Jordin Sparks before they split in 2014. He had since enjoyed the single life. It’s still unclear if he and Thirlwall will go beyond their dating relationship and commit to become a couple.
Thirlwall recently received praises for her outspoken words about the United Kingdom’s counter measure against the terrorist attacks. The Little Mix singer took to her Twitter to blast Britain’s vote to bomb Syria. She also showed her support for Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, who had voted against David Cameron’s measure to ensure UK’s safety.
