The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria has released another propaganda video showing militants training dozens of children from Kazakhstan to use assault rifles. The new video was produced by ISIS' main media branch Al Hayat Media Centre.

The new footage opens with a slow motion scene of two lines of armed fighters running in the desert. In between the lines, a man can be seen holding the black flag of ISIS while riding a black horse. The video voiceover claims fighters have joined ISIS from Kazakhstan to stop "crusader aggression." One of the fighters said in the video that they are preparing in the training camp, according to the Daily Mail.

Children ages 4 to 20 years old can be seen wearing the same grey uniforms as the adult fighters. The video showed the child warriors in action in a series of drills supervised by a bearded adult wearing a black tunic. The voice in the video claimed the children will be ready to join ISIS soon.

One boy appeared in the video and showed his effortless skill in reassembling an AK-47 assault rifle in an apparent attempt of ISIS to highlight the child warriors' prowess in handling weapons. The child, who called himself Abdullah, said he was from Kazakhstan and he is training in a camp with his leader Abu Bak al-Baghdadi. The young boys are also shown sitting inside a classroom where ISIS teaches them a radical interpretation of the Sharia law.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said ISIS had stoned two men to death for being gay in Syria. The activist group claimed it was the first time ISIS had executed people for alleged homosexuality. The group said the two men were enemies of ISIS and militants used their homosexuality as a pretext to murder them.

The first incident of stoning occurred in Mayadeen in the eastern province of Deir Ezzor which is near the Iraqi border. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights revealed ISIS had found videos of the man in his mobile phone engaging in "indecent acts" with other men. The other stoning incident happened in the Deir Ezzor city when an 18-year old man told the militant group that he was gay, The Daily Star reported.

Earlier in the month, international media reported that the United Nations said ISIS had executed women who were accused with adultery by stoning them to death. ISIS continues to hold large swaths of land in Iraq and Syria in the face of ongoing U.S.-led airstrikes.
