Spoiler Alert! This article contains "Home and Away" spoilers

Roo (Georgie Parker) arrives at Olivia (Raechelle Banno) and Hunter’s (Scott Lee) place to help Irene (Lynne McGranger) prepare for Olivia’s birthday. Roo then receives a call from her doctor, informing that her blood test is done. The result is that she is pregnant.

Earlier, Roo passed out while moving her and James’ things to their new place. James insisted that she get checked up in the hospital. Morag (Cornelia Frances) even said that Roo may have passed out because she may be going through menopause.

Roo can’t wrap her head around the possibility of menopause since James might want to have a child in the future. Now, Alf’s daughter dilemma is how to tell James (Myles Pollard) about the pregnancy and if she is indeed ready to be pregnant.

In a teaser for Wednesday’s episode, James' job will also be revealed at Olivia’s birthday celebration. Irene asks James what he does for a living. He then replies that he is a photographer. When Marilyn (Emily Symons) asks about his last name, James replies "Edmunds."

Then Marilyn takes a newspaper showing a photo of her husband’s arrest on the front page, above the headline “Firebugs Appeal Sentence.” She slams James for taking the photo.

Roo confronts her partner about it, telling him that Marilyn has been upset all day because of the photo. James notices that something is wrong with Roo. She, however, did not say anything about the pregnancy.

Marilyn decides not to visit John (Shane Withington) in prison for the meantime because of what happened to her in jail. Earlier, an inmate groped her from behind the first time she visited.

Elsewhere, Brody Morgan (Jackson Heywood) asks for his family's trust. In previous episodes of “Home and Away,” he got involved in illegal drugs with Lena (Felicity McKay). His family found out about it and demanded that he cut his ties with Lena.

The upcoming episode features VJ Patterson (Matthew Little), Leah Patterson-Baker (Ada Nicodemou), Katarina Chapman (Pia Miller), Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee), Justin Morgan (James Stewart) and Mason Morgan (Orpheus Pledger). “Home and Away” airs weekdays at 7 p.m. on Network Seven in Australia. It also airs weekdays at 1:15 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Channel 5 in the UK.
