Kourtney Kardashian is just weeks away from giving birth to her third child with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick. With their little bundle of joy due around the Christmas holidays, things will be hectic and busy. Kourtney shares that she plans to take a couple of months off and focus on taking care of her newborn baby instead of hiring a nurse.

Kourtney intends to spend her two month hiatus from work taking care of her new baby and the rest of her family. She told Fit Pregnancy magazine in the December-January issue that she would not allow anyone to disturb her about anything work-related in those two months. She said that she has no plan to hire a nurse to take over her mommy duties.

Keeping Kourtney away from work would be tough as the family is currently shooting the tenth season of their reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Kourtney, along with her sisters Kim and Khloe, also run a chain of retail boutiques called DASH across the country. Apart from their own stores, the sisters also have a host of other product lines, including the Kardashian Kollection, which is available in many countries across the globe.

After she had her second child, Kourtney and her sisters had some friction over the way their work was being delegated among them. Kim and Khloe felt that Kourtney was always using the "kids card" to play things to her advantage. The fight escalated so much that Kourtney ended up hitting Kim's friend Jonathan Cheban when he told her what Kim was really thinking. Everything was eventually resolved after a heart-to-heart among the sisters. Hopefully this time around, with Kourtney's plans to take a break, everyone will be on the same page.

Apart from work, Kourtney and Scott also have two older children that they have to take care of. Their eldest son Mason turns 5 years old on Dec. 15 and they have actually celebrated his birthday nearly a month early this year in anticipation of all the hoopla surrounding the upcoming birth.

Nevertheless, Kourtney has always been a hands-on mom as seen in the family's reality TV shows and even her sister Kim who has her own 1-year-old daughter North, has had some babysitting training by taking care of all the little cousins.

A glowing Kourtney appeared on the cover of said magazine where she also talked about her pregnancy as well as parenting in general. She also shared tips on finding a great pediatrician as well as her recipe for a health and nourishing prenatal power breakfast smoothie.
