"Great News" TV series, starring Briga Heelan as Katherine "Katie" Wendelson, Adam Campbell as Greg, Andrea Martin as Carol and John Michael Higgins as Chuck, will have a new episode titled "Carol Has a Bully." It will show Chuck falling in love with Greg's grandmother (Christina Pickles). Read on to learn more about it.

An NBC press release states that "Great News" Season 1, episode 9 will show Greg's wealthy grandmother visiting him at the office. Chuck will meet her and will initially think that she's a cruel and cold woman. However, he will also find himself falling in love with her. As for Carol, she need to take and pass her midterm exams to be able to continue being an intern at "The Breakdown." Katie must choose if she will work on her hacking story or help her mum with her midterms.

'Carol Has a Bully' guest stars and 'Great News' TV show cast

According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb), the guest stars in this episode are: Marcus W. Hogan (MMN Employee), Sheaun McKinney (Wayne), Marcello Aurelio Lanfranchi (Makeup Artist) and Clement von Franckenstein (Lord Lordley). Vicki Lawrence (Angie / Angie Deltaliano) will also appear in "Carol Has a Bully," along with the rest of the "Great News" cast members Horatio Sanz (Justin) and Nicole Richie (Portia Scott-Griffith).

'Great News' episodes

The "Carol Has a Bully" episode comes after the episodes titled "The Red Door" and "Celebrity Hacking Scandal" which showed a case about celebrity hackers that also victimised Portia. Katie worked really hard to help solve the case and have an exclusive report about it. However, she was unsuccessful and will continue to investigate it in the next episodes.

In "The Red Door," Chuck also asked Carol to wait for his cable guy at his townhouse. Due to her curiosity, she explored the house and found something that surprised her. Meanwhile, in "Celebrity Hacking Scandal," Carol got a chance to produce a piece on her favourite phone game "Biscuit Blitz." Aside from these plotlines, Chuck and Portia also had a disagreement about the former explaining things to the latter. Portia accused her co-anchor of mansplaining or explaining something by using a condescending manner.

The "Great News" show will air "Carol Has a Bully" on May 23 at 8-8:30 pm on NBC. The episode after it is titled "Carol's Eleven" and will also be aired on May 23 at 8:30-9 pm. Stay tuned for more updates about the show.
