Fifth Harmony is now missing one girl but that doesn't make their talents any less. The foursome recently gave their first interview after Camila Cabello's exit. Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Ally Brooke and Lauren Jauregui talked about a lot of stuff including what kind of boyfriends they are looking for, dating tips and girl-on-girl hate, among other things.

The girls talked to Galore magazine, and for the first time appeared on the cover without Cabello. Their bond stronger than before, the girls had a good laugh doing the interview. They revealed their thoughts about how they are often misunderstood by boys when they tend to be too friendly with them.

Lauren said that the right kind of guy is never afraid to approach you. She added that she has never really come across a guy who is fit for her. “They’re either super not the right guy, or dope as fuck. There’s no in between. They’re either trying to get something out of you, or they think you’re super dope,” Lauren lamented.

Dinah echoed Lauren's sentiments and said that the one quality they are looking for in a guy is confidence, which is hard to get. “So all we want is a confident dude to come straight up…maybe. Just walk up and say, 'Hey, what’s up?' And start from there.” She Dinah added that when they praise a guy or feel that he is “super cute” or “handsome,” the men tend to take it the other way and get the feeling that they have fallen for them. However, the truth is that the girls just wants to be friends with the boys.

Apart from guys, Fifth Harmony also talked about how girls are the worst enemies of themselves. Normani thinks that women often restrict one another. “We could be greater than we are if we just supported each other instead of looking at each other as competition. We could all win,” she said.

The girls also revealed the bands that inspired them while growing up. Some of them are Destiny’s Child, Spice Girls, TLC and Pussycat Dolls. They also talked about their next album and revealed that it will have “R&B tones.” They are planning to work on themes of female empowerment through music. On the cover of the magazine, the girls appeared in all-black leather, with shades of pink and silver thrown in.
