Ed Sheeran is going to Australia and New Zealand on a solo tour, and he only has one ticket price for all the seats in his venues.

The English singer-songwriter has announced the Australian and New Zealand legs of his world tour, which he will be doing his shows completely solo. Without a band with him, he will only need his guitar, a loop pedal and his own voice to entertain his adoring fans.

The 23-year-old Brit Awards winner will also make his shows affordable for his Aussie and Kiwi fans. Each ticket to his tour is priced at $99 (plus fees), regardless where the seats are located.

“Ed wanted to ensure that his shows were accessible to all of his fans. It’s incredibly rare these days to have all tickets at one price in arena venues but Ed wanted to make it happen,” Head of Frontier Touring Michael Gudinski explained the move.

The upcoming tour will be Sheeran’s fourth visit to Down Under. He had his first headline tour in 2012, which sold out immediately after going on sale. He returned in 2013 for his last official tour, and again earlier this year to perform six intimate shows in Melbourne and Sydney.

Tickets will go on sale on October 2 from 10 am local time for all Australian shows, and from 12 pm local time for all New Zealand shows.

Here are the dates:

March 20, Friday – Riverstage (Brisbane)

March 24, Tuesday – Qantas Credit Union Arena (Sydney)

March 28, Saturday – Rod Laver Arena (Melbourne)

April 1, Wednesday – AEC Arena (Adelaide)

April 4, Saturday – Perth Arena (Perth)

April 8, Wednesday – Horncastle Arena (Christchurch)

April 10, Friday – TSB Bank Arena (Wellington)

April 11, Saturday – Vector Arena (Auckland)

Sheeran will also perform alongside Welsh music legend Tom Jones at the 2014 AFL Grand Final special post-game celebration on September 27 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
