Meanwhile, Mick will resort to desperate measures so that he can come up with cold cash to help Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) and Elaine Peacock (Maria Friedman). After a while, a conversation with Denise at the Minute Mart will get Mick thinking. After realising some things, he will tell Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) that Buster Briggs (Karl Howman) had cheated on her before and he thinks that the affair was with Denise, writes Digital Spy.

It is also going to be a difficult day for Amy Mitchell (Abbie Knowles) and Ricky (Henri Charles) as they begin their first day at their new school. As for Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), he will also be having a hard time when he learns what really happened from the coroner himself. This will lead to an intense confrontation between Glenda Mitchell (Glynis Barber) and Jack.

As for Denise, she will not be impressed with the baby shower that Carmel Kazemi (Bonnie Langford) has held for her and will decide to end it earlier than planned. Later on, Libby Fox (Belinda Owusu) will arrive and will reveal that she is ready to stay for the birth of the baby. It is also revealed that Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) will be returning home from the hospital, while Keegan, who happens to be one of Louise’s schoolmates, will wind her up. Babe will continue to cause trouble while Tina Carter (Luisa Bradshaw-White) will ask Mick for help as she learns to ride a bike.

This upcoming episode of “EastEnders” will air on January 9, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. on BBC One. The show was cancelled Friday to make way for the FA Cup, causing fans to have a meltdown on Twitter.
