Demi Moore is like a raging missile out on a mission. And her main target, Ashton's Kutcher's poor bank account.

The Ghost actress is demanding a $10 million divorce settlement from Kutcher for the actor's involvement in an investment capital worth $100 million. Kutcher, who reportedly made big money after he split up with Demi, put up a new technology investment company A-Grade with billionaire Ron Burkle and Mandonna's manager Guy Oseary.

Demi apparently wants a slice of Ashton's new found fortune and is now asking half of the actor's twenty percent stake earnings in A-Grade. The former couple, whose split became official in late 2011, has yet to reach a compromise due to conflicting arguments.

While Demi feels she is entitled to Ashton's A-Grade income, the actor on the other hand insists it is not communal since according to him he made the money after the separation. "He (Ashton) doesn't believe he owes her as much as she is asking for," sources say.

A source from Demi's camp, however, says "Ashton set up A-Grade with Oseary and Burkle in 2010, when he and Demi were still together." "Ashton owns 20 percent of the fund, under California law, Demi should be entitled to half of his share - $10 million," the source added.

Meanwhile, observers are keen to note that Demi seems hell bent on getting her sweet revenge. Aside from the $10 million settlement, she is also asking for spousal support from Ashton. It's surprising for some as there are reports that Demi just also recently received a belated $15 million from former husband Bruce Willis in relation to their divorce.

There are reports too that Demi wants Ashton to contribute to the renovations of her apartment in New York, a demand which the actor is obviously not willing to do. This apartment is said to be located in the velvety enclave of San Remo and is worth around $25 to $40 million.

Various sources claim that Ashton is amenable to giving Demi what is due just to get the divorce battle over since it has already taken more than year. The only question remaining is how much he is willing to bleed for his ex-wife. In her divorce with Bruce Willis, Demi reportedly got $90 million in settlement.

Quite ironically, Demi is making all these demands from Ashton particularly the spousal support when she is richer than Ashton. Her net worth is said to be around $150 million and Ashton is reportedly $10 million behind her.

Demi, 50, and Ashton, 35 got married in 2005 after two years of dating. Demi is said to be currently dating Aussie Will Hannigan while the actor is in a relationship with That 70s Show co-star Mila Kunis.
