David and Victoria Beckham are looking for a bigger home in Los Angeles

David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly selling their £24 million (AU $40.91 million), 13,000-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles. Apparently, their mansion is too small for the couple and their four kids. They bought their luxurious home in June 2007 after David landed a deal at LA Galaxy. The property has stunning views, nine bathrooms, palm trees and a swimming pool.
A source told The Sun on Sunday that Victoria and David have had concerns over the house for some time already. Their major concern is about its size. The said source also added that the garden is too small for football and the boys have to go around their friend’s houses – usually either Gordon Ramsay or Elton John – to have a kick-about. The lovely couple has also mentioned that their private driveway is also relatively small.
According to multiple sources, the couple attempted to sell the pad quietly earlier this year. They took it off the market after failing to find a better home.
US real estate agent Stephen Shapiro confirmed to the newspaper that there are a lot of potential buyers at the moments. "It has been quietly on the market for a couple of years. It is a beautiful house.” The said prospective buyer is Stan Kroenke, Arsenal’s majority shareholder. A source also added that Stan has a big property in Malibu and also a suite at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills. He is certainly a more than capable buyer.
The Beckhams also own a property in central London where they are currently staying while they recently put their holiday home in the south of France on the market. There are no comments or words yet from David and Victoria regarding this.
