TV Guide reports that in this episode, a poor resident of an expensive apartment will be murdered. Det. Maria Baez and Danny Reagan will investigate the said case. Meanwhile, Frank will deal with Sgt. Gormley’s (Robert Clohessy) friend. He is a detective who uses loopholes in the legal system to get away with things. The Internet Movie Database, or IMDb also reports that De'Adre Aziza (Sharon Parsons), Jason Babinsky (Martin Carstairs), Ashley North (Passerby), Theodora Woolley (Rada), Joe Starr (Mike Sheridan), Alex Ziwak (Undercover Detective - uncredited) and Jerry Todisco (Undercover Cop - uncredited) will make an appearance in this episode.
