Frank tried hard to find some much needed evidence to pin down a suspect named Donald DeCarlo who shot and killed one of Henry's colleagues, Officer Stephen Dixon. This happened in 1976. Meanwhile, Danny and Detective Baez were busy investigating other crimes which involved a series of murders and stars from the adult film industry. Plus, Jamie and Jenko teamed up once more to solve a hit-and-run case involving a father and a son.
